I just want to thank you so much for your services. My obsession with saving voicemails began right after I received my first cell phone, and when it became too full, it was often very difficult for me to figure out which ones to delete. Each one had its own special purpose for being there, whether it be that someone was there for me through a hard time, or the message itself just made my day. Thank you that I won't have to worry about erasing such important messages anymore! The quality is clear, and I love being able to just hear those messages again and again. Thank you so much for your help. The CD you made for me is so special. It
is the only voice message that I have of my son that Died Oct. 15, 2011. I

I just wanted to let you know I received my CD today and I will cherish it
always. My husband passed away on Dec 26, 2011 and the messages you copied for me
are so appreciated. I can listen to them without saving them on my voice mail. One
of the messages I thought I'd lost...but you have it on the CD. I have recommended
you to FB (if that's ok). My children can listen to their dad wish them a Merry
Christmas for the last time :) Again, Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have

To Whom It Mat Concern;

I recently received the audio CD you created from my voice mail of a
message my wife left for me. The topic of the message displayed several
vocal mannerisms and clear tonality, which were unique to my dearly departed
wife. It is a message made for and directed to me which exemplifies the care
and concern, and love she held for me. To listen to it is at times is
torture. Torture because I know that I will never be graced with her
presence ever again. But, to listen to it is also wonderful for as long as I
have ears, I will never be able to forget how wonderful her voice was to me.
Thanks to your company for being able to faithfully reproduce and capture a
slice of time which will never happen ever again. I will treasure the

daughters phone and mine. My father passed away only a few weeks ago at the young

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have been refered to you by Verizon Wireless. My father passed away in January so when I called Verizon Wireless to cancel his cell phone service I had asked them if I could have a copy of his message from his phone. They recommended you and I am so glad they did. This is the only recording that I have of his voice. I can't express how thankful I am that I found your service. I have had my father's voicemails on my phone for over a year now, praying they would not erase. I went into my voicemail each week & re-saved them. I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to get them saved somehow permanently. Had i not found you and the serivces you provide, these very important, personal family messages would eventually have been lost, deleted by my phone company after a certain amount of time.

Hey there, good afternoon. My name is Patricia and I purchased an order with you to receive a voicemail in e-mail form. I just wanted to thank you. I have been re-saving this massage on a daily basis for over a year now, and it had finally come to it's expiration on my phone, making it impossible for me to keep. I know that it is a part of what CBW productions does, restoring messages; but for me, it honestly brought tears of joy when I found out this option was available. I have shed many tears this past year but none of them have been from happiness. It may be silly that I would want to share with you why I cherish this voicemail, however, my gratitude is forever unending. Thanksgiving of 2005 I found out that my grandma had gotten very sick and had passed away. December, just days before he was due to come stay with me for the holidays, my Dad had a heart attack. His system was too weak and he didn't make it. I had just spoken with him the day before, he seemed fine. March, my dad's big brother, who had been battling cancer for the past 5 or so years, was finally laid to rest after all his pain. April, a friend from high school, just 20 years old; someone I had even dated for a short period, had a tragic car accident. He too did not survive. In the winter months of this past year, another brother of my father passed away. He had been suffering from cancer for the greater part of 10 years. All of this has been very heart-wrenching. When I discovered that my last message for my dad (the one saved by your company) was going to be erased, it was almost as though I was losing him all over again. I'm not sure I could have handled losing his voice. I have pictures, none too recent though. That voicemail is all I have left of him. Thank you for rescuing it. Not only did it come in a very timely fashion, your company's ability to save this very important message, pretty much made my year. So, again, thank you. I also appreciate you taking the time to read my lengthy letter. Take care.

I placed my order on Tuesday and had it by Thursday. I
listened to my CD on the way to work today and cried the whole
way. You have no idea what you've done for me. I no longer have
to fear losing the messages that I love and treasure so much.
When you lose someone so dear to you, you want to hang on to any
