MP3s

• Will be sent to your E-mail address as one single file attachment-up to 10 messages maximum.
• Notary and rush services are also available.
• Recording fees are $10 for the first message and $5 for each additional message sent as one single file.
• (Maximum of 10 messages for MP3 orders per customer, per telephone number, per month.)
• If you would like your messages separated, please specify on your oder form. (Additional fee)
• Due to email storage capacities, firewalls, etc., some lengthy MP3 files cannot be sent. In the case of very lengthy messages (over 10 minutes recording time), our studio reserves the right to accommodate these requests on CD or cassette format only.
• If you have a spam filter or firewall active on your email account, please add sales@cbwproductions.com to your accepted email list in order to successfully receive your MP3's from us.

CDs or Cassettes

• CDA format-(Messages will be separate tracks on CD)
• Our CD's are the same as a music CD you purchase from the store, and can be played on any CD player, computer, stereo..etc..
• Notary and Rush services are also available.
• $9.50 for each additional CD or Cassette copy plus shipping.
• USPS First Class Mail w/delivery confimation
• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
• USPS Express Mail (1-2 days)
• FedEx is available per request (phone orders only)

If your messages exceed 1 hour recording time, there is an additional fee of $100 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
