Online ordering

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason.

Force Majeure

CBW Productions shall not be liable for Service interruptions, delays, failures to perform, damages, losses or destruction, or the malfunction of any service or any consequence thereof caused or occasioned by, or due to fire, flood, water, the elements, acts of God, war and threat of imminent war, labor disputes or shortages, utility curtailments, power failures, explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, shortages of equipment or supplies, unavailability of transportation, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause beyond the affected party’s reasonable control. CBW Productions shall exercise good faith efforts to remedy any such cause of delay or cause preventing performance.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Your billing address is required to place an order. It will be checked with the issuing bank and be declined if one of the following are true:

  • Funds are not available at the time the transaction is attempted.

  • The Account Number is incorrect.

  • The Expiration Date is incorrect.

  • The Card Code Verification (CCV) Number does not match the code on the credit card.

  • The Address Verification System (AVS) cannot match the billing address and zip code as listed with your Credit Provider.

  • The Credit Provider does not participate in electronic CCV or AVS.

  • The Credit Card has been issued outside the United States from a non-US Financial Institution.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No funds will be returned.

    • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time which will result in the account being closed and voicemail recordings deleted from the account when the subscription year is completed.

    Warranty (Limited)

    Limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is NOT transferable.

    Legal Status of Products

    It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult with an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.

    By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the product only in a lawful manner.

    Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CBW Productions, its affiliates, subsidiaries or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, or inability to use, services purchased from this site.

    By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.

    We may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements, or seek to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

    We believe it is necessary to disclose such information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to physical safety of any person, or violations of CBW Productions’s Terms of Service.
